Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited, a leading and fast-growing listed Petrochemical Company engaged in manufacturing of ABS resins, is conducting a walk-in interview for multiple positions at its Abu Road plant in Rajasthan. Interested and experienced candidates from Production, Mechanical, Electrical, and Utility departments are invited to attend.

Available Positions & Qualifications
1. Shift Controller - Production SAN
- Qualification: B.Tech - Chemical Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Job Profile: Shift incharge of continuous mass polymerisation DCS controlled plant. Responsible for shift operations, product quality, yield, cost and plant safety.
2. Asst. Officer / Officer - Production SAN (DCS)
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma - Chemical Engineering or M.Sc / B.Sc - Chemistry
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Job Profile: Operation of continuous mass polymerisation plant through DCS and responsible for plant operations as per SOP/WI and plant safety.
3. Shift Controller - Production Compounding (Extrusion)
- Qualification: B.Tech / PGD-PPT-CPET
- Experience: 5 years
- Job Profile: Handling extrusion facility with upstream and downstream equipment while ensuring productivity, yield and safety.
4. Asst. Officer - Production Compounding (Extrusion)
- Qualification: Diploma / PGD-PPT-CPET
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Job Profile: Operation of extruders and downstream equipment with focus on throughput, quality and safety.

5. Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Mechanical Maintenance
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech - Mechanical
- Experience: 5 years
- Job Profile: Responsible for maintenance planning, supervision, inventory management and handling pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, extruders and pneumatic conveying systems.
6. Sr. Asst. - Mechanical Maintenance
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma - Fitter
- Experience: 10 years
- Job Profile: Maintenance of pumps, fans, compressors, compounding machinery and utility systems.
7. Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Electrical
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech - Electrical
- Experience: 5 years
- Job Profile: Operation and maintenance of substations, DG sets, PCC & MCC, VFD, motors, plant lighting system and instrumentation.
8. Asst. / Sr. Asst. - Utility
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Experience: 5 to 10 years
- Job Profile: Operation and maintenance of air compressor plant, nitrogen plant, thermo pack units, cooling towers, RO/DM unit and utility systems.

Additional Information
- Knowledge of ISO-9001, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Computer operation, Safety, O&M and SAP will be an added advantage.
