Job Details

- Experience: 3 to 6 Years (Resin Manufacturing background preferable)
- Location: Dahej
Job Responsibility
- Implement and maintain SOPs, Quality Plan, Specification, Quality Checklists, Format and WI.
- Perform Wet analysis, Dry analysis, interpretation of routine and non-routine analyses of raw, in-process and packaging material, environmental samples and finished goods.
- Ensure QC equipment and instruments are always functional.
- Ensure timely predictive and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance to laboratory waste disposal and proper laboratory safety practices.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates having strong analytical skills and experience in laboratory quality systems. Candidates with knowledge of SAP, MS Office and quality management systems will get preference during selection process.

Competency Required
- Chromatography techniques – GPC and GC
- Spectroscopy techniques FTIR and UV-VIS
- Exposure to IMS, ITAF 16949 and QMS
- Adequate knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Strong visual observation skills
Skills Required
- Candidate should be confident and organized
- Team player and collaborative mindset
- Good planner and executor
- Good communication and MS Office skills
Important Note
Only male candidates are preferred as the incumbent has to work in rotating shifts.
