Detailed Job Description
Senior Executive - Production
- Handling hazardous chemicals as Shift Incharge.
- Experience in operating distillation columns, reactors, filters, scrubbers, dryers and pumps.
- Minimum two years independent DCS operation experience.
- For Pharma Plant candidates from pharma intermediates background preferred.
- Good knowledge of GMP and pharma documentation with exposure to pharma audits.
Shift Incharge - Captive Power Plant
- Operations of Captive Power Plant including startup and shutdown of CFBC Boiler.
- Cold and hot startup of Steam Turbine from DCS control room.
- Handling power generation shift production activities.
- Planning jobs and allocation of JE, technicians and contract labor.
- Planning of raw materials and consumables for shifts.
- Guiding teams operating DCS panel and field operations.
- Ensuring plant operation within safety standards and procedures.
