Educational Qualification

Experience Required
Applicants should have 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Fertilizer, Chemical, Petrochemical or other Process Industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Calibration and troubleshooting of process instruments.
- Maintenance of PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA, control valves and field instruments.
Remaining Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Support plant shutdown activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Diagnose instrumentation faults and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain calibration records and maintenance documentation.
- Perform routine inspection of transmitters, control valves, analyzers and field instruments.
- Coordinate with Operations, Mechanical and Electrical departments during maintenance activities.
- Follow plant safety rules, SOPs and permit-to-work procedures.
- Maintain high equipment reliability and process availability.
