Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant and report directly to the Site Head.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
- Communicate and coordinate with Maintenance, Procurement, Dispatch, Site Accounts and HR for daily smooth operations.
- Ensure SAP entry of batches and preparation of production reports.
- Plan and manage shifts for Shift In-charges and Operators.
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with different permit systems.
- Identify opportunities for yield improvement and quality enhancement of products.
- Resolve marketing queries related to product quality in coordination with the Quality Department.
